As a singer/songwriter, every chord, lyric, and melody carries a piece of the soul. Some songs arrive like lightning—fast, electric, and undeniable. Others simmer quietly for months, revealing themselves slowly like secrets whispered in the dark.

This week, I found myself reflecting on why I write. It's not just about catchy hooks or polished production. It's about connection—about translating the intangible into something we can all feel. Whether it's a moment of heartbreak, a flicker of hope, or the quiet in-betweens, songwriting gives me a way to make sense of the world—and maybe help others do the same.
